Yes! Currently, all my services are conducted through video chat and phone calls.
CAN YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN?
Yes. I have a modified questionnaire meant specifically for children. If you are making an appointment for your child, please indicate this at the time of booking so I can send you the correct form to complete.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Note: I cannot guarantee that the services will be reimbursable.
DO YOU ACCEPT HSA CARDS?
Yes, however, some are more restrictive than others. While I do accept them, there is a small chance that your transaction may be declined by your provider. In addition to HSA cards, cash, check and credit card are also accepted.
WHY AREN”T YOUR PROGRAM PRICES DISPLAYED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
I am happy to discuss pricing with you during the initial consultation appointment or via phone through a free 15-minute “Discovery Call” appointment. I prefer this method because the prices may vary depending on your case and, as with most specialists in their field, my pricing tends to be higher than average. Discussing the details of the services I have to offer along with the pricing allows you to better determine if this type of investment is right for you.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. Should you decide to move forward with a wellness program during your initial consultation, payment plans can be arranged. A down payment will be required up front to cover the costs of any lab testing prior to its completion, and automatic installments can be scheduled through the client portal by having your card information saved on file.

CAN I JUST ORDER TESTING THROUGH YOU AND SKIP THE APPOINTMENTS?
Knowing how many nuances there are to interpreting the results and implementing a plan properly, I feel it would be irresponsible to order a test and not provide you with ANY guidance whatsoever. At a very minimum, we would need to meet for an initial consultation to determine the appropriateness of this request.
